The Call Centre ensures that the screening process is consistent and that the required information from prospective applicants is captured from each and every call and made available in a uniform fashion to our clients in a timely fashion. We also send out information packs to callers on behalf of our clients, this fulfilment process being completed normally within 24 hours of the call.
